Shipping, Returns and Exchange
SHIPPING
We do our best to have all packages shipped out of our Fulfillment center within 1-3 business days of your payment processing successfully.
The time it takes your package to get to you depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
- USPS Priority takes 2-3 days
- USPS Ground Advantage shipping takes 2- 5 days.
Any shipping time starts after the package has shipped, which can be up to 3 business days from the purchase. If you select free shipping, most of the time we will be sending it USPS Ground Advantage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your package ships.
VINTAGE
Our vintage collection is in partnership with third-party sellers. Once you purchase a vintage piece on our site, it will be fulfilled by the associated merchant. You can see who the merchant is by looking at the company name above the product title on the product's page.Â

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
FREE returns or exchanges on new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt.Â
**Vintage items are excluded from returns & exchanges. All vintage sales are final.Â
To return an unworn item:
Login to your account here (using the email used to make the purchase), and then request a return. Please leave a reason for your return and our team will review the request. If accepted, we will email you a return label. Please note that if a request has been submitted after the 14-day grace period, we will not be able to accept your request.
A refund will be issued after the item has been delivered back to our warehouse and assessed to insure that the item is in its original condition. Because we provide the return label at no cost to you, the original shipping amount will not be reflected in your refund. You will receive an email notifying you that a refund has been initiated. Refunds can take up to 10-15 days to reach your account.Â
To exchange an unworn item:
Login to your account here (using the email used to make the purchase), and then request a return. Please leave a reason for your exchange and our team will review the request.
*Please include a note that states you want to exchange your item, and include the desired size*
If accepted, we will email you a return label. Please note that if a request has been submitted after the 14-day grace period, we will not be able to accept your request. The exchanged product will be sent out after the item has been delivered back to our warehouse and assessed to insure that the item is in its original condition. You will receive an email notifying you that the shipment has been initiated.Â
In the case that we are sold out of product or if product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied.
